These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mirava Labs products and services, including MiraAI ("Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Mirava Labs provides AI companion and related products. The Services may evolve, including features being added, modified or removed.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to (a) violate laws, (b) harass others, (c) generate harmful, illegal or non-consensual content, (d) attempt to reverse engineer our models, or (e) interfere with the Services.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Mirava Labs a limited license to process your content to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you submit.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are provided where required by law. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. AI output

AI-generated responses are produced by statistical models and may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on the Services for medical, legal or financial advice.

7. Privacy and security

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirava Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
